Sudanese Army Makes New Gains in Al-Kormuk Axis

Al-Kormuk Commissioner Abdel-Aati Al-Faki said the Sudanese Army had carried out a targeted operation in the Jabal Kadem area, east of Al-Kormuk locality in the Blue Nile Region, destroying combat vehicles and military equipment. He added that the remaining Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia elements fled toward Ethiopian territory after suffering heavy losses.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Al-Faki said the Armed Forces and their supporting groups had carried out the operation in Jabal Kadem, inflicting heavy casualties and equipment losses on the militia, while the remaining fighters fled toward the Ethiopian border.
