“To flee”… RSF elements offer their weapons for sale at low prices near El-Fashir

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), the joint force of the armed struggle movements and the heroes of El-Fashir, repelled on Friday an attack launched by the terrorist rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia on the village of “Salouma”, south of El-Fashir city, near Zamzam camp for displaced persons (IDPs), with twenty combat vehicles. The forces were able to destroy two vehicles and seize three others in good condition, in addition to killing thirteen militia members, and the rest of them fled to the west of the city.

The Sixth Infantry Division in El-Fashir revealed that some sources reported the escape of a force affiliated with Al-Tahir Hajar from North Darfur, crossing the international border with Chad, but the Chadian army confronted it, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment.

The 6th Infantry Division said, according to its daily press briefing, that the Air Force carried out 7 extraordinary air raids yesterday on the outskirts of El-Fashir at different times on enemy gatherings and movements, covering all parts of the city and the southern mountains, destroying four combat vehicles and killing about ten rebel militia members. It added that eyewitnesses reported the appearance of a roaming movement of militia soldiers in some villages and neighboring areas, offering their weapons at low prices, and leaving North Darfur, particularly after learning of the collapse of the militia in Khartoum, Al-Gezira, and the White Nile.
