Sudan’s Security and Defense Council Takes Measures, Precautions Against UAE
The Security and Defense Council discussed the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) escalation against Sudan on Saturday, the measures taken by the Abu Dhabi government, and the precautions the government must take.
The meeting, which convened in full and chaired by President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, has affirmed the Sudanese state’s ability to preserve Sudan’s capabilities and protect its vital interests.
The meeting also touched on the actions of the Al-Dagalo militia and the “Ta’asis” group, which have formed a fictitious, paper-based authority in Darfur.
The meeting reviewed the military situation on various battlefronts.
The council reviewed the security and political situation in the country, while praising the steadfastness of the Sudanese people and those participating in the existential War of Dignity.
