Sudan’s Oil Minister: We Export 1.2 Million Barrels of Oil Every 40 Days
Russian companies could develop up to 22 oil fields in Sudan, Energy and Oil Minister Mohi-Eddin Al-Naim said.
The minister told Sputnik that oil facilities in the besieged areas are still guarded by local residents and we pay them to provide security because it costs a lot. He said: “We export about two shipments of oil every 40 days and each shipment is equivalent to about 600,000 barrels, which means we export about 1.2 million barrels every 40 days.”
