RSF Militia Detains Senior Field Commanders in (Dagrsi) Prison

In Nyala, South Darfur, informed sources reported that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia has arrested several of its members and placed them in city prisons, including prominent field commanders and fighters.

Among the main detainees are commanders nicknamed “Gog and Magog,” along with others accused of internal conflict-related cases and charges described as fabricated.

The move highlights the deep divisions and fractures within the militia ranks.

Sources indicated that these actions reflect severe disputes among militia commanders, escalating to personal vendettas and accusations of betrayal or negligence, which resulted in their detention at the notorious Dagrsi Prison in Nyala.
