Secret Nairobi Meeting Between Hemedti and Hamdok’s Coalition Held in Presence of International Intelligence Representatives

Well-informed sources told Shahed Ayan platform that a secret meeting was held in Nairobi involving Janjaweed leader “Hemedti” and a delegation of leaders from the “Sumoud” coalition headed by Abdullah Hamdok and Taha Osman Izhaq, with the participation of representatives from international and regional security and intelligence bodies, including Emirati and US parties, as well as a senior official from Israel’s Mossad.

The sources said the meeting discussed a proposal to open areas in the Jebel Marra region to serve as a strategic base and a location for camps, technical experts and drone operations. Reports indicated that this proposal was the reason behind Sudan Liberation Movement leader Abdel Wahid Mohamed Nur declining to participate in the meeting.

The Sumoud coalition delegation urged the militia leadership to take urgent measures to limit the repercussions of violations and crimes attributed to its forces on the ground, in order to avoid new international sanctions that could target entities supporting it.

The sources also said that Al-Goni Hamdan Dagalo handled the financial and logistical arrangements for the accommodation and expenses of coalition members in Kenya, facilitating their diplomatic activities following discussions about financial difficulties facing the group’s members abroad.
