The pace of internal conflicts and ethnic differences has increased within the ranks of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in Nyala following the liquidation of commanders of the militia.

The Sixth Infantry Division said, in a press release, that field sources revealed the elimination of a large number of militia commanders in Nyala, which led to the division of the city of Nyala into two areas of influence for two factions of the militia.

The first area begins from the Nyala Cinema roundabout towards the west, while the second area extends from the Nyala Cinema roundabout in the opposite direction.

The field sources confirmed that the situation is tense between the two parties and a clash may occur at any moment between the two sides.
