“Between 10 and 12 years old”…Armed children affiliated with Al-Dagalo militia arrested in El-Fashir

Armed forces affiliated with the 6th Infantry Division in El-Fashir cut off a force of the terrorist Al-Dagalo militia, consisting of five combat vehicles, including three “Sarser” vehicles, southeast of El-Fashir.
The 6th Infantry Division stated that the operation resulted in the neutralization of two “Sarser” vehicles, the destruction of a vehicle equipped with a 23-caliber cannon, the disabling of another combat vehicle, and the wounding of several militia members.
The 6th division revealed that its forces had killed 10 militia elements during a sweep of civilian neighborhoods.
They also arrested children in the southern neighborhoods of El-Fashir, aged between 10 and 12 years old, carrying light weapons and wearing civilian clothes. The children, who were allegedly affiliated with the militia and had fled the vicinity of El-Fashir, were also arrested. According to the press briefing, the fugitives confirmed during their interrogation that they wanted to return to their families due to the torture and neglect they suffered at the hands of their leaders, who fled and left them starving and thirsty since last Monday’s battle. They noted that they were forcibly taken to participate in the battle.
