Army Engages in Clashes on the Outskirts of Al-Khuwai
Special operations units of the Sudanese Armed Forces in West Kordofan, accompanied by the Joint Force and several other formations, carried out a sweeping, high-impact operation in the Kharaq Ad-Dod area, north of Aeyal Bakheet, in Al-Khuwai Locality, West Kordofan State. The operation extended to the outskirts of Aeyal Bakheet.
The operation resulted in the killing of Brigadier-General (Khala) Ahmed Ad-Dodo and Colonel (Khala) Ahmed Kabeer. The forces also seized seven vehicles in good condition and two rocket-launching platforms.
According to the operational briefing, six combat vehicles were destroyed and dozens of militia soldiers were killed.
The Special Operations Forces assured the Sudanese people that their operations would continue until every inch of the country had been liberated.
