In Fiercest Air Assault Yet, Army Destroys 80 Militia Vehicles
Coinciding with Hemedti’s speech, the Sudanese Army launched its fiercest airstrikes yet against militia convoys in West Kordofan.
Mohamed Deidan, spokesperson for the Special Operations Forces, said the Air Force had destroyed more than 80 vehicles and pieces of equipment.
The assault was described as the fiercest air attack since the Desert Axis offensive two months ago. According to Didan, the army completely eliminated the North Kordofan reinforcement force that had been assembled in Darfur and sent towards Kordofan.
He confirmed that the attack was carried out using fighter jets and strategic drones.
