Heavy Airstrikes by Sudanese Army Hit RSF Positions in Bara
The Sudanese Air Force carried out a series of intense and coordinated airstrikes targeting positions belonging to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in the Bara area.
Field information indicated that the air raids successfully destroyed strategic sites used by the militia as launch pads for conducting military operations in the region.
The operation comes as part of a broader aerial escalation by the army aimed at clearing towns in North Kordofan State of insurgent pockets and significantly degrading the militia’s combat and logistical capabilities.
The precise strikes reportedly caused heavy losses within the RSF ranks, including the destruction of several combat vehicles and military equipment positioned on the outskirts of the city.
