Sudan Appoints New Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, issued on Saturday a constitutional decree appointing Dr. Wahbi Mohamed Mokhtar as Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court.

He directed the concerned bodies to implement the decision.

The appointment came in accordance with the recommendation of the National Judicial Service Commission.
