Blue Notice from Interpol to arrest militia commanders

The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) issued a blue notice on Wednesday with the names of two Rapid Support Forces (RSF) commanders, Osman Operations and Abdel-Rahman Juma.

The issuance of the notice came in accordance with a UN Security Council resolution last week to alert member states to prevent their movement through their territories and freeze any financial assets they have.
