600 RSF Militia Members Killed in Al-Mogran Battles, and (Mobilization) Ignites Sharp Disagreements Within the Militia in Darfur
The Armed Forces are advancing steadily in the theaters of operations on all fronts, particularly in Khartoum.
Military sources reported the outbreak of large-scale confrontations between the armed forces and the rebellious terrorist Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia with heavy and light weapons, in the capital, Khartoum. Eyewitnesses reported hearing the sounds of clashes with machine guns, in addition to artillery shelling in “Al-Mogran” area in central Khartoum, in addition to violent clashes with heavy and light weapons on Airport Street and “Al-Riyadh” and “Al-Manshiya” neighborhoods.
For his part, military expert Dr. Jamal Al-Shaheed told (Sudanese Echoes) that the Armed Forces are carrying out a major operation in Al-Mogran and have liberated a number of buildings in central Khartoum after adopting a new approach of fighting.
He revealed the killing of 600 militiamen and the receipt of large quantities of Emirati weapons. Al-Shaheed pointed out that the RSF militia vandalized buildings in central Khartoum.
Meanwhile, Al-Shaheed disclosed that there was widespread rejection of the mobilization operations called for by the insurgent RSF militia leader. He said that the mobilization sparked major disagreements after a large number of people refused to engage into mobilization operation.
