Urgent … In a joint meeting of TSC and Cabinet, Constitutional Document in Sudan amended

Minister of Culture and Information, the official spokesman for the Sudanese government, Khalid Al-Aiser, has announced the approval of the amendments to the Constitutional Document, in a joint meeting of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and the Council of Ministers.

Al-Aiser revealed the approval of the joint meeting of a number of laws, including the Criminal Procedures Act, Amendment 2025, Company Act of 2015, Amendment 2025, Investment Legislation Act of 2021, Amendment 2025.

Meanwhile, the meeting recommended the formation of a special committee to study the recent Kenyan position to agree to hold meetings for the Janjaweed on its territories.
