SAF expands its operations scope near Republican Palace

The Sudanese government forces have expanded the scope of their military operations in areas near the presidential palace in Khartoum.
A military source told Alhurra on Saturday that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) were able to control new sites near the SAF general command, including the security police headquarters in central Khartoum, in addition to making progress on Al-Baladiya Street.
The source pointed out that the army continues to tighten the noose on the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia stationed in the areas of Al-Manshiya, Al-Riyadh and Nassir, as part of its efforts to regain control of vital areas within the capital.
