Reports Say Hamdok Has Arrived in Israel

Political activist Osman Atta said that former Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok arrived at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel on Monday on a visit that has not been announced by the Sumoud coalition led by Hamdok, at a time carrying significant implications.

He said that reports had previously emerged of several Sumoud coalition leaders travelling to Israel in July, including Khalid Omar Youssef, Taha Osman Izhag and Babiker Faisal.

According to Atta, their visit was followed by the arrival in Israel of leaders of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in late August, including Abdul Rahim and Al-Goni Dagalo, accompanied by the rebellion’s adviser, Ezzeldin Al-Safi.
