Prominent military Commander: Citizens’ property in liberated areas is in the guardianship of the armed forces

 

The commander of the Kadro military zone, Major General Al-Numan Ali Awad Al-Saied, said that the armed forces have been responsible for the citizens in this area for a year and a half since the beginning of the war, and that they are fully caring for and protecting more than 600,000 families in the Kadro and North Bahri areas, providing them with protection, medical and food services, besides evacuating some citizens who expressed desire to leave.

 

 

He explained to (Blue Nile Channel) that a large number of neighborhoods in North Bahri have become completely safe, and police stations and treatment centers have been opened in Halfaya, Al-Droshab, and Al-Khojalab, stressing that the North Bahri area will be completely safe in just a few days.

 

 

Major General Al-Numan said that all citizens’ property in the newly liberated areas will be in the custody of the armed forces, and that electricity appliances, vehicles, and motorcycles that the militia removed from citizens’ homes and left in the streets have been collected.

 

 

He revealed that a committee has been formed by the Wali (governorl of Khartoum State to list and sort these properties to return them to their owners upon their return, by Allah Almighty Willing, in the coming days.
