Khartoum Wali Discloses Special Arrangements for RSF Defectors

Khartoum State Wali Ahmed Othman Hamza said special arrangements are in place to receive defectors and returnees from the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, noting that the matter is being handled under high-level security and organizational procedures.

Speaking during an Eid gathering with journalists in Omdurman, Hamza said the door remains open for those wishing to join the “caravan of peace,” welcoming returnees from RSF-controlled areas and defectors from the militia’s ranks.
