The investigation, the first episode of which is published in the newspaper, disclosed the destructive methods adopted by the militia in invading Sudan with Captagon. The investigation showed that the militia is involved in coordination with an international and regional drug mafia to swamp Sudan with cheap drugs (Poor People’s Cocaine). The investigation bared that the militia established four Captagon factories in Jebel Awliya and Blue Nile (one factory in each of them) and two factories in Al-Gaili.
The investigation discovered that the source of the factories established by the militia and the raw materials are Syria and Lebanon. The investigation exposed that the militia distributes Captagon for free to its members to help them continue the war and kill, loot and terrorize innocent citizens. It also promotes it at low prices to Sudanese youth, while smuggling larger quantities to some neighboring countries.
