Hezbollah announces martyrdom of Hassan Nasrallah in Israeli airstrike


Hezbollah has confirmed the death of its longtime leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut’s southern suburbs.

In a statement, the group hailed Nasrallah’s decades-long leadership in the resistance against Israel, vowing to continue his legacy in supporting Palestine and defending Lebanon.

“The Master of Resistance, the righteous servant, has moved to God’s side, earning His pleasure, as a great martyr, a heroic, brave, wise, insightful, and faithful leader,” read the text.
