Full details of total elimination of three Janjaweed moving forces

The Joint Force of the Armed Struggle Movements revealed the details of the destruction of three moving forces of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in the areas north of Mellit in a new heroic epic of the army, the joint force and the popular force for self-defense (Gashan).

The official spokesman for the Joint Force of the Armed Struggle Movements, Lt. Colonel Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, said in a military statement received by (Sudanese Echoes) today, Sunday, that the clashes began yesterday afternoon, Saturday, with the militia attempting to attack the areas controlled by the joint force in the areas of Deri Shagi to lift the siege on Mellit, and the first moving force was completely eliminated after falling into an ambush by the joint force. The militia tried to send a second moving force to support the first one, but it met the same fate of the first moving force and they inflicted heavy losses.

Ahmed confirmed the killing of more than 460 militia soldiers, including prominent commanders such as Brig. Gen. Fadl Al-Nagi, Taha Osman Mudallal (Jumaa Dagalo’s son-in-law and Hemeidti’s nephew) and Lt. Colonel Hamid Daldoul.

Ahmed revealed the destruction of 60 military vehicles and the control of 39 others intact and equipped with various equipment in the battle of Deri Shagi.

Ahmed pointed out that a militia force attempted yesterday evening to infiltrate the Jebel Issa area located north of Al-Maliha, but the forces were on the lookout for them and clashed with them and crushed the entire force, including their commanders (Major Hamida Khiyar, Major Saddam Al-Goni, Captain Suleiman O’d).

The statement revealed the destruction of more than 43 combat vehicles and the control of 21 others in excellent condition.

The statement confirmed that the forces extended their security control over the liberated areas and secured them to ensure the safety of civilians.

The statement pointed out that the battles indicate the militia’s inability to confront the national resistance force.

The spokesman for the joint force pledged to deal decisively with the militia until every inch of Sudan territory is liberated.
