Electronic Application to file suit on Violations of Sudan War

The National Committee for Investigating Violations of National Law and International Humanitarian Law launched the application (Complaint) for submitting complaints and suits related to violations committed against citizens as a result of the war waged by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia on the country.

Al-Fatih Mohamed Issa Tayfour, the Attorney General and Chairman of the Committee, said, in a press conference to launch the application in Portsudan today, that the step aims to enable citizens to submit their complaints in the fastest and easiest ways, indicating that the application serves those affected by the war and it is available to everyone inside and outside Sudan.

He added that the committee launched a similar application last month called (Petition) which relates to old suits that were actually registered before the war and were among the legal records that were likely lost due to the destruction caused by the RSF militia and the devastation of police and court records, indicating that all these efforts aim to help citizens preserve their legal rights.
