Egyptian Foreign Ministry issues a statement, denies the allegations of the Rapid Support Militia Commander
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt denies the allegations made by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, the commander of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Militia, regarding the participation of the Egyptian Air Force in the battles taking place in brotherly Sudan.
These allegations come amidst intensive Egyptian moves to stop the war, protect civilians, and consolidate the international response to humanitarian relief plans for those affected by the ongoing war in brotherly Sudan.
While the Arab Republic of Egypt denies these allegations, it calls on the international community to stand on the evidence that proves the truth of what the RSF commander stated.
Finally, Egypt affirms its keenness on the security, stability, and unity of brotherly Sudan, its territories and people, stressing that it will spare no effort to provide all means of support to our brothers in Sudan to confront the serious devastation resulting from this brutal war
