Egyptian Companies Begin Rehabilitation of Shambat and Halfaya Bridges

 

Sudanese residents in Cairo have proposed giving priority to Egyptian companies to contribute extensively to reconstruction efforts after the current war in their country ends.

 

The Sudanese-Egyptian Integration Center has developed a plan prioritizing sectors currently requiring reconstruction in Sudan.

 

 

It was announced, during an event held in the Egyptian capital, in which revealed that “Egyptian companies have begun implementing some work, including the rehabilitation of some bridges in Khartoum.”

 

 

For his part, Adil Abdel-Aziz, Director of the Sudanese-Egyptian Integration Center, disclosed to Asharq Al-Awsat that Egyptian companies have begun maintenance and rehabilitation of two important bridges in the capital, Khartoum, namely Shambat and Halfaya.
