Drone Strike on Al-Rahad Kills 3 Civilians, Injures 18

A local source confirmed that three civilians were killed and 18 others injured after a drone attack struck the vicinity of a market in Al-Rahad, North Kordofan State, on Tuesday. Medics said the casualties were transferred to the government hospital.

According to the source, the drone targeted areas around the market where civilians were gathered, triggering panic among residents and forcing several shops to close. Additional drones reportedly attacked the village of Ardeiba, west of Al-Rahad, with no confirmed losses reported there so far.

The source noted that a separate drone strike on Sunday had previously killed two people and injured others in the same city, voicing concern over the rising frequency of such attacks in civilian-populated areas.
