Despite the Absences”… Al-Merreikh is fully prepared to face the Moroccan Royal Army team today

Al-Merreikh team completed its preparations to face its host, the Moroccan Royal Army, on Sunday evening, in the second leg matches of the second preliminary round qualifying for the group stage of the African Champions League.

Despite some absences that affected the team’s ranks due to illness and injury, such as the Colombian Santiago Patino and the Moroccan Al-Balushi, the team completed its preparations amid high morale and determination to overcome the obstacle of the Moroccan team on its home ground and among its fans.
The technical staff, led by the Italian Solinas, was keen to correct the mistakes of the first leg match by stressing to the defenders the need to follow the safety principle and not commit any violations near Al-Merreikh penalty area.

It was also keen to implement a number of offensive tactics amidst the brilliance of the Ivorian striker Gabbani and Al-Samani Al-Sawi.
