Being damage by RSF militia, Khartoum Refinery Director heralds: Sabotage is not huge

The Acting Director of Khartoum Refinery, Engineer Hisham Mohamed Babiker, announced that the refinery was not greatly damaged and did not burn.
Engineer Babiker said, in press statements, that the fires that broke out a few days ago and caused widespread smoke clouds were due to a fire in the crude warehouses. He confirmed that the fires were generally limited to the refinery and could be rehabilitated again.
Khartoum Refinery Director explained that they will implement the international protocol for such fires and will inspect the refinery with technical teams from inside and outside to assess the extent of the damage and then determine the dates for resuming operation.
