Amended constitutional document published in the Official Gazette, the most prominent amendments disclosed

Minister of Justice, Muawia Osman Mohamed Khair, announced the publication of the amendments to the constitutional document in the official state gazette and on the website of the Ministry of Justice, confirming that they will be effective as of today.

He stressed that the most prominent amendments to the constitutional document for the year 2025 are the deletion of the phrase “rapid support” and the deletion of “freedom and change” from the texts of the document.
