Al-Burhan Relieves Sovereignty Council Secretary-General Mohamed Al-Ghali

Sources have disclosed that the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, has issued a decision dismissing Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Ghali from his post as Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council after seven years in office.

The sources added that Al-Burhan appointed Lieutenant General Mohamed Salih Abboud, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Defence, to succeed Al-Ghali.
