Accusation of (Civil Society Organizations Gathering) of Illicit Gains
The Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) disavowed the entity called “Sudanese Civil Society Organizations Gathering”, and explained that this entity does not have any legal, legitimate or corporate status that would authorize it to practice any activity in the name of humanitarian affairs, stressing that its activities in the name of voluntary and humanitarian action are considered a violation of the provisions of the law.
HAC said, in a statement, Monday, that the gathering uses voluntary action and humanitarian affairs to obtain illicit gains and threaten national security. The Humanitarian Aid Commission warned against dealing with this entity, stressing that any party that deals with it will expose itself to legal accountability.
