Prime Minister: Drones and Economic Warfare Will Not Intimidate Us

Prime Minister Kamil Idris on Wednesday inaugurated the ‎‎“Government of Hope” support and solidarity convoy at Al-Saha Al-‎Khadra (Green Square) in Khartoum. The convoy is heading to North ‎Kordofan State, in the presence of senior military, security, police, and ‎executive officials, as well as representatives of state governments.‎

In his address, Idris paid tribute to the sacrifices of the Armed Forces, ‎the Joint Forces, the General Intelligence Service, the Popular ‎Resistance, and all those who contributed with their weapons, ideas, ‎words, or pens to the ongoing Battle of Dignity. He also prayed for the ‎souls of the martyrs who lost their lives in the battle, noting that their ‎sacrifices have continued to pave the way for victories for the ‎Sudanese state and nation.‎

He explained that the dispatch of this major convoy reflects ‎appreciation and gratitude to North Kordofan State and its courageous ‎citizens. He pledged that the Government of Hope would continue to ‎stand alongside the Armed Forces and their supporting forces until ‎every inch of the homeland is liberated from the grip of the rebel and ‎terrorist Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.‎

‎“Drones will not intimidate us, nor will the economic and media ‎warfare directed against our country,” the Prime Minister said.‎
