UAE Delegation Investigates Chad President Following Destruction of RSF Reinforcements

A high-level United Arab Emirates (UAE) military delegation arrived in the Chadian capital, N’Djamena, to conduct direct investigations with Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Déby and assess the extent of the heavy losses suffered by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia following intense airstrikes in the desert region.

Sources familiar with the matter told Al-Unwan 24 that the targeted force consisted of approximately 386 combat vehicles fully equipped with military hardware. The sources said the force had undergone intensive training for three months at a militia-affiliated camp in eastern Libya.

According to the information, the destroyed shipment included twin- and quadruple-barrel anti-aircraft weapons, as well as modern drones. The targeted force also included a mixed contingent of Libyan and Chadian soldiers and Colombian mercenaries.
