Army Crushes Al-Hilu Forces’ Attack on Al-Abbassiya Taggali

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) successfully repelled a surprise attack launched by elements of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), led by Abdelaziz Al-Hilu, targeting strategic Al-Damrah Camp near Al-Abbassiya Taggali in South Kordofan State.

Sources confirmed that the Sudanese Armed Forces, backed by supporting forces in the area, engaged the attacking force in fierce clashes and forced it to retreat and flee after inflicting heavy losses in personnel and military equipment.
