The Army Destroys Ethiopian Sniper Unit in Al-Kormuk
Field sources reported that all snipers deployed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia from Ethiopia were killed during recent clashes in Blue Nile State, after their movements were monitored and their locations precisely identified.
Reports, according to (Nabd Sudan), indicate that the sniper groups included female members. A captured sniper, arrested while attempting to flee, stated that some of the women had not received any payments despite an agreement of $2,000 per individual.
According to the source, a field commander known by the alias “Al-Makk Abu Shotal” was responsible for concluding the agreement with these groups before disappearing shortly after their arrival in Al-Kormuk area, leaving the personnel without leadership or support.
The sources added that a number of the female snipers were killed during the clashes.
