RSF Drone Strike Targets Fuel Stations in Kosti, Injuring Three Civilians in Kosti

Three civilians were injured in Kosti, White Nile State, on Wednesday after a drone strike targeted three fuel stations in the third such attack in less than a month, according to medical and local sources.

A medical source said the injured were transferred to Kosti Hospital in critical condition, explaining that they sustained shrapnel wounds and burns to various parts of their bodies.

Witnesses said the explosions occurred in the western part of the city after commercial trucks parked near one of the fuel stations were targeted. They added that two Jumbo cargo trucks loaded with goods were destroyed by fire.

The attack came days after similar strikes in the neighboring city of Rabak, which killed two people and injured seven others. Two weeks earlier, Al-Keraimet fuel station in Kosti was also hit in an attack that killed two people and wounded 15 others.
