Sudan Police Leadership Holds Emergency Meeting on Eid Security Plan

 

The Sudanese Police leadership held an emergency meeting chaired by the Deputy Director-General and Inspector General, Lt. Gen. Al-Tahir Ali Mohamed Al-Balula, with the participation of members of the administration and command councils, as well as state police directors via video conference.

 

 

Police spokesperson Brig. Gen. Fath Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Toum said the meeting reviewed the criminal and security situation across all states of the country.

 

 

He added that the meeting discussed the security plan for Eid Al-Adha in Khartoum State, presented by the Director of Police in Khartoum State, Lt. Gen. Siraj-Eddin Mansour Khalid, alongside security plans for other states submitted by their respective police directors.

 

 

The meeting unanimously approved all security plans, stressing that they aim to safeguard citizens and their property during the Eid holiday.

 

 

 

It also issued several decisions aimed at strengthening criminal and security operations across the country.
