Militia Conducts Forced Child Recruitment Campaigns in Al-Nuhud to Fill Ranks

The Dar Hamar Emergency Room has expressed deep concern over reports of forced recruitment campaigns targeting minors in western areas of Al-Nuhud locality, under the pretext of protecting communities and their families.

The group warned residents against responding to these campaigns or joining the ranks of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, which it said has brought suffering, destruction, and violations to the people of Sudan in general, and to the people of Kordofan and Dar Hamar in particular.

It reiterated its warning against being drawn into what it described as a “burning front,” urging young people not to be misled by RSF propaganda or attempts to exploit them and send them into battles that do not serve the nation or its citizens.
