Two years after the war, Khartoum State government employees cut short their open-ended leave
Workers in Khartoum State arrived at their workplaces on Sunday and resumed their official working hours, in implementation of the state government’s decision to end the open-ended leave.
The Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Ahmed Osman, toured several ministries in Khartoum, including the General Secretariat of the State Government, the Ministries of Health, Finance, Culture and Information and Social Development, as well as the Roads, Bridges, and Rainwater Drainage Corporation.
Employees in the remaining ministries, supreme councils, localities, and state entities and institutions resumed their business, marking a comprehensive kick-off to the work cycle in the state.
