UAE welcomes Turkey’s mediation to resolve crisis with Sudan

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) welcomed Turkey’s diplomatic efforts to find a solution to the current crisis in Sudan, which is a priority for the UAE, noting that these efforts reflect Turkey’s deep commitment to supporting peace and stability in the region and strengthening relations between countries, according to the Emirates News Agency, Turkish President Erdogan had phoned President of the Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, presenting Ankara desire to mediate to resolve the dispute between Sudan and the UAE.

WAM indicated that the UAE is ready to cooperate and coordinate with Turkish efforts and all diplomatic efforts to end the conflict in Sudan and find a comprehensive solution for the crisis.
