Total Collapse of RSF Militia, Collective Succumb
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia is in a state of collapse following the liberation of Singa city after the army took control of all operational axes amidst an increase in the rate of desertion of forces, particularly in Al-Gezira.
Meanwhile, the militia commander in the city of Rafaa, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Yagoub, surrendered in and handed himself over to the army deployed in Al-Butana zone, accompanied by a large number of his forces and combat vehicles.
Meanwhile, a large force of the militia in the Bahri refinery, estimated at about 23 fully armed combat vehicles, submitted to the army in Shendi.
Sources reported to (Sudanese Echoes) that the military leadership made security arrangements with the South Sudanese army to arrest and receive all the militia forces fleeing Singa and crossing the border.
In the same context, the militia commandership withdrew forces from Al-Gezira State and directed them towards Khartoum. The sources confirmed that the so-called military police of the militia stormed houses in the main cities of Al-Gezira and took out the infiltrated soldiers and put them in large trucks heading towards Khartoum.
