Sudan’s Foreign Ministry: Rogue UAE Regime Insists on its Evil Interference in Sudan’s Affairs
The Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the frantic endeavors of the Abu Dhabi regime—the regional sponsor of the terrorist Janjaweed militia—against Sudan during the recent Non-Aligned Movement meetings in New York.
In a statement received by (Sudanese Echoes), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it had monitored moves by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) delegation during the Non-Aligned Movement meetings in New York to exclude solidarity with Sudan from the draft statement, as well as an attempt to insert a paragraph referring to the parallel militia government.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the UAE’s blatant moves portray it as a rogue regime that violates international norms and laws and provide further evidence of Abu Dhabi’s insistence on evil interference in Sudan’s internal affairs.
The statement called on the international community to prevent the Abu Dhabi regime from exploiting international forums to encourage impunity and protect terrorism and genocide.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalls that the terrorist Janjaweed militia, under the full sponsorship and support of the Abu Dhabi regime, continues its aggression against the Sudanese people, their nation-state, and all aspects of their lives.
The militia poses a threat to regional peace and security.
