(Sudanese Echoes) obtained a dangerous secret report by the militia’s intelligence addressed to the second commander of the militia, Abdel-Rahim Dagalo.

The report, titled (Top Secret), from the head of the militia’s intelligence department, Colonel Issa Bishara Ahmed Hussein, confirmed to Abdel-Rahim that there is a significant shortage in forces, ammunition, and food supplies, in addition to the non-payment of salaries.

The report acknowledged the citizens’ refusal to join the forces with the high rates of surrender to the army.

 

The report confirmed the significant decline in the morale of the soldiers due to the frequent withdrawals from Al-Dindir, Singa, Sennar Sugar Factory, and Om Al-Gura.

 

The report indicated the existence of a state of severe discontent and anger with signs of a split among some tribes fighting alongside the militia.

 

It revealed the monitoring of very large cases of escape by soldiers carrying with them money that was seized.
It confirmed that all of the above is a dangerous indicator of an imminent collapse among the forces in a number of other axes.

The report recommended withdrawing from areas besieged by the army and gathering them in places to resume the attack again.

 

It also called on the commander of the Rapid Support Forces to broadcast a statement reassuring the forces, while speeding up the supply of weapons and ammunition to the forces and replacing individuals lost in the battles.
