Sudanese Armed Forces Secure “Al-Takma” and Ensure Delivery of Supply Convoys to Deleng and Kadugli

The Sudanese Armed Forces have achieved a significant field advance in South Kordofan State, successfully recapturing the strategic area of “Al-Takma,” located approximately 25 kilometers south of the city of Al-Dalang.

Field sources reported that the army established full control over the area following engagements that resulted in the expulsion of attacking forces and the securing of the national highway. The recapture of Al-Takma represents a pivotal development, given its position as the southern gateway to Al-Dalang and a critical control point along the road linking the city to the state capital, Kadugli.

In a related development, the sources confirmed that the army successfully reopened Al-Dalang road and secured the arrival of a large military and logistical supply convoy into the city.
