Sudan Surprises Investors with New Merits

The Minister of Investment has announced amendments to the Investment Act, granting several new benefits to investors in Sudan.

 

 

During her meeting with the Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, the Minister explained that the next phase requires new arrangements and investments based on a comprehensive map that includes all projects and data, and is relied upon in reconstruction and planning efforts.

 

 

The Minister indicated that Khartoum State had remained a model among states in the field of investment in terms of follow-up and coordination before the outbreak of the war.

 

 

Federal Minister of Investment Ahlam Madani and the Wali of Khartoum State Ahmed Osman Hamza visited the Savannah Project for the Poultry Production; eggs, vegetables, fruits, and fodder, west of Karari Locality.

 

 

The visit was attended by the Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Resources, and Irrigation, Dr. Sir-Al-Khatim Mohamed Fadl-Al-Mawla, the State Investment Commissioner, Ihab Hashim Ismail and the representative of the Khartoum State Intelligence Body Maj. Gen. Mohamed Musa.
