Special forces raid a militia den inside a famous bank in Omdurman

A force from the General Directorate of Security Police, Special Forces Division, raided a renowned bank building in Omdurman that the terrorist militia had used as a den to store stolen goods.
The investigation was initiated by the relevant authorities.
The Director of the Special Forces Division, Colonel Police Jamal Mohamed Hamdeen, told the police press office that the report stemmed from accurate field information from the field force about the presence of property belonging to citizens and medical institutions that had been looted by terrorist militia elements and stored in a bank in Omdurman. Accordingly, a field team responded and successfully raided the militia’s hideout.
A number of stolen items were seized inside an ATM belonging to one of the banks, including spare parts for ventilators, fans, medical equipment, oxygen cylinders, and an amplifier.
The seized items were safekept, and investigation procedures were initiated at the Northern Omdurman Police Station.
The seized items were placed on display for the purpose of the investigation.
