Seven killed in drone attacks by Dagalo militia on eastern Khartoum and Al-Dabba

 

Seven people were killed and several others injured in simultaneous drone strikes launched by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia early Tuesday, targeting Ed-Babiker suburb east of Khartoum and the city of Al-Dabba in Northern State.

 

 

According to a statement by local authorities in Al-Dabba, the militia targeted the city with drones, killing five people and injuring others at the Faculty of Engineering.

 

 

Field sources told Sudan Tribune that the attacked site was located near an area of military deployment.

 

 

The Head of the Security Committee and Executive Director of Al-Dabba Locality, Mohamed Sabir Kashkash, said the terrorist militia continues to target civilian facilities, stressing that such terrorist crimes will not deter them from supporting the Armed Forces but will increase their determination to uproot the militias that terrorize civilians and disregard international laws.

 

 

In Ed-Babiker suburb, East Nile Locality, east of the Sudanese capital Khartoum, eyewitnesses told Sudan Tribune that four drones attacked residential homes in the suburb where members of the Sudan Shield Forces led by Abu Agla Kaykal, allied with the Sudanese army, are stationed.

 

 

Witnesses said the attack killed a doctor and one of his sons, and injured two other family members. They also reported explosions caused by suicide drones that hit a house and a rest lodge belonging to a resident of the area.
