Sentence to death by hanging for a militia collaborator in Halfa

The Resident Judge Court in Wadi Halfa, headed the General Court Judge, by Abu Bakr Omar Ali Omar, issued a sentence by hanging to death (as a deterrent) against the accused (M. M. H. A.) after he was convicted in criminal case No. (2/2024) for violating the provisions of Articles (26-50-51) of the Sudanese Criminal Code of 1991, assisting the rebel forces, undermining the constitutional system, and inciting war against the state.
