SAF Liberates Six Areas in North Kordofan as RSF Fighters Flee Al-Mazroub
The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) have continued their rapid advance on the ground in North Kordofan State, establishing full control over six new strategic areas after driving back concentrations of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and inflicting heavy losses in personnel and equipment.
Field sources said simultaneous army operations resulted in the full liberation and securing of Al-Safiya area.
The field sources said the Armed Forces did not stop at securing Al-Safiya but continued their rapid advance toward other fronts in the state, steadily moving toward the areas of Sodari and Hamrat-Al-Sheikh amid a retreat and collapse in the ranks of the opposing forces.
Meanwhile, other fronts have witnessed a rapid collapse in the ranks of the militia, with military authorities reporting a mass flight of RSF fighters from Al-Mazroub under the pressure of concentrated strikes and the sweeping advance of army forces.
