SAF frees a key town from Al-Hilu’s control in the Nuba Mountains

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) carried out wide-ranging ground operations across several fronts in Kordofan, achieving significant gains against the militia owned by the Al-Dagalo family. Military sources, quoted by journalist Muzammil Abu Al-Qasim—who is close to the government army—said the SAF inflicted heavy losses on the militia in both personnel and equipment.

Meanwhile, the SAF in South Kordofan succeeded in liberating the Hebeela area from Abdelaziz Al-Hilu’s militia.
